Architectural Site Surveys

Geometrix Surveying Engineering Inc offers commercial and residential Site Surveys. We are highly experienced in providing accurate and timely maps for architects and designers. We have worked with many local architects and developers and are knowledgeable of local requirements. A typical site survey includes boundary, building locations, roof heights of subject and adjoining properties, fences, walls, spot elevations, and surface utilities. If we miss something that the architect needs, we will go back and get it! A site survey is commonly required when a building is expanded up or out.

Condominium Surveys

Geometrix Surveying Engineering Inc offers a wide array of condo mapping. We are able to handle time critical jobs to meet escrow deadlines and other commercial requirements. Condo Conversion include a Tentative Map, Parcel Map, and Condo Plan. You will need to get an attorney for the application and CC&R’s. We also do amended condo plans. This is needed when a change in the location of an existing condo exclusive use area, such as parking, or a deck, is changed and needs to be mapped and amended in the CC&R’s.

Client Testimonials

I was up against a tight deadline to get the drawings into the city, but he was able to deliver exactly as he promised. The survey included contours, spot heights of adjacent buildings,....
